Prezydent podpisał ustawę, która wprowadza nowe zasady funkcjonowania żłobków, klubów dziecięcych i punktów opieki dziennej. Jedna ze zmian szczególnie mocno dotyczy zdjęć dzieci. Placówki nie będą mogły publicznie publikować wizerunku podopiecznych – nawet jeśli rodzic wyrazi na to zgodę. Oznacza to koniec zdjęć dzieci zamieszczanych na ogólnodostępnych stronach internetowych czy w mediach społecznościowych placówek. Przepisy przewidują wyjątki. Dziecko będzie mogło pojawić się na fotografii, jeśli jego wizerunek będzie jedynie elementem większej całości, np. podczas publicznego wydarzenia. Zdjęcia będą też mogły być udostępniane wyłącznie rodzicom dzieci uczęszczających do danej placówki. Nowelizacja wprowadza również punkty opieki dziennej, nowe limity liczby dzieci przypadających na opiekunów oraz obowiązkowe standardy żywienia. U nas też dojdzie do tego, że na prowincji będzie masa domów za 1 zł, których nikt nie będzie chciał kupić. W moich rodzinnych stronach jak tak patrzę po sąsiedzku, na najbliższą okolice to już to widać, bo w co drugim domu żadne z dzieci (w sensie moich rówieśników)nie zostało na miejscu. Albo ktoś wyjechał na studia i już został w mieście , albo po prostu wybudowali domy gdzie indziej.
