O fan meeting do BLACKPINK em comemoração ao 10º aniversário do grupo, realizado em 8 de agosto no Museu Nacional da Coreia, teve sua realização definida apenas cinco dias antes do evento. Segundo o museu, a YG Entertainment solicitou a realização do evento em 29 de julho. O pedido foi aprovado pelo diretor Yoo Hong-jun em 3 de agosto, dando início aos preparativos. Dois dias depois, em 5 de agosto, o saguão da exposição especial “Amazing Thailand: Obras-Primas da Arte Tailandesa” foi confirmado como local do evento. O documento oficial de cooperação da YG só foi recebido pelo museu em 7 de agosto, um dia antes do fan meeting. O museu explicou que o evento foi promovido como uma extensão da colaboração iniciada anteriormente com o BLACKPINK, incluindo a sessão de pré-escuta realizada em fevereiro para o lançamento do terceiro miniálbum, Deadline.
