S’il y avait un minimum de respect des règles, il aurait dû se faire instantanément virer du service public (et de Libération passage, mais là faut pas rêver) et devrait émarger depuis à France travail. Mais pour éviter une indécence monstrueuse il a été « exclu » de la grille de rentrée de France Inter. La raison en est simple, les règles justement. Continuer à employer Legrand, militant acharné de Glucksmann, dont il fait déjà la campagne dans son torchon Libération, serait l'infraction (pénale) de « don interdit » d'une personne morale à une campagne électorale. Sa rémunération du service public devrait être réintégrée au compte de campagne de Glucksmann et celui-ci serait alors irrégulier et courrait le risque d'être rejeté, empêchant le remboursement des frais par l'État. Demandez à Sarkozy, c'est très rigolo. Cela obligerait Glucksmann à faire comme Sarko lançant un « sarkothon ». Là on aurait droit à un Gluksmannthon, donnant à la farce une allure cosmique.
