Sie schauen zu, wie der rechtsextreme Rand wächst. Beklagen sich darüber, dass kein Kanzler es so schwer hatte wie sie. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub? Die Medien würden so schlecht und einseitig berichten. Sie sind der unbeliebteste Kanzler aller Zeiten. Der erste, der zwei Anläufe brauchte, um gewählt zu werden. Sie gebären sich wie ein Landlord, der seinen Staat auspressen will wie eine reife Orange. Sie erwecken nicht den Eindruck, dass ihnen was an den BürgerInnen dieses Landes liegt. Sie halten ihre Versprechen nicht und führen uns direkt wieder Jahrzehnte in die Vergangenheit. 0% Progression, 100% Rückschritt. Ich könnte es verstehen, wenn Sie überfordert und müde sind. Nie, nie będzie musiał i nie podniesie. Czynsze najmu w dowolnym momencie wynoszą max tego co da rynek. I dosłownie co sezon cały januszariat ten rynek testuje czy da się wyżej o stówkę. Jak się nie da to grzecznie schodzi na poziom gdzie są telefony. Jak producent coli dostanie podatek - to tak, musi podnieść cenę, bo ma marżę np. 3%. Na rynku mieszkaniowym kosztów nie ma - to jakby mieć 100% marży. Podniesienie ryczałtu z obecnych groszy na poziom podatku Belki (tak powinno być) spowoduje tylko & wyłącznie, że nasz landlord zapłaci normalny podatek. Byl jsem dnes na kontrole v mém Ukrohauzu (to je ta bytovka, kde probíhal beef Ukrajina vs Vietnam ohledně bio popelnice) a u osazenstva domu převažují ukrajinské pasy. Mám tam bohužel jednu rodinu s horší platební morálkou a velmi špatnou komunikací, už jsem je tu možná zmiňoval, nejsou pojebávači, ale spíš kombinací snížených kognitivních schopností, smůly, důvěřivosti a já nevím čeho ještě, jsou v katastrofální finanční situaci. Nedluží moc, peníze nějak posílají, ale neplní dohody, nekomunikují a nejsem na tento styl nájemního vztahu zvyklý, za 18 let v real estatu jsem nikdy takové nájemníky neměl a dost mě to frustruje, ne kvůli penězům, ale vždy když si na ně vzpomenu, tak se naseru :/ Nabízel jsem jim, ať si sumu na červnový nájem nechají a co nejdříve si najdou bydlení jinde, že me to frustruje a dost možná i já je. Mladá paní se stěhovat nechce, že jim nikdo nic nepronajme, což má asi pravdu. Myslím si o sobě, že jsem docela bystrej, ale není to bohužel pravda. Když jsem s ní mluvil osobně naposledy před asi dvěma měsíci, tak mi přišla nějaká tlustá. No a dnes v kočáře novorozenec, nejdříve jsem si myslel, že hlídá kámojdě, ale ne, vlastní kousek 😱😱😱 Jako pořídit si třetí děcko, když nemají ani na nájem, to je fakt swag! Zatím jsem je nevyhodil a vůbec mi to neulehčují 🤣 Další nájemnice Světlana mi ukázala broskev, kterou loni zasadili na dvorku v chladných Sudetech(!!!) a letos obsypaná, Ukrajinci jsou neuvěřitelní mičurini, poskytuju bezplatně jinou zahrádku jednomu z vědců a jeho ženě (vesničani ze Zakarpatí) a výsledky naprosto famózní, ten jejich pěstební skill je neuvěřitelný, vůbec nepochybuju, že si to prostě ústně předávají po generace vč. všech různých vychytávek, jak na škůdce, aby rajčata/okurky nehnily, atd. Bejt Ukáčko žijící v ČR s těmito skills, okamžitě základam YT channel a českej venkov + hipsters si budu vodit jak Kirschner Hurvínka ... Během pěstební exkurze vykouknul z okna Vasyl (to je ten, který se na WA chatu ptal, kam vyhodit paní, co s ním bydlí v bytě) a ptal se, jak se mám a jestli mám peníze. Říkal jsem, že se mám dobře, ale peníze nemám, tak říkal, že seběhne dolů a dá mi nájem cash, aby nemusel do banky. To mi maličko zvedlo náladu, aspoň bude na kafe a sodovku ve Varech. Vasyl je takovej přidrzlej ukrajinskej Zilvar, jedinej mi tyká, prostě od první chvílie mi začal tykat a tak to prostě je 🤣 Landlordování v Sudetech není peříčko, ale je pravda, že Ukrajinci jsou proti českému white trashi vlastně úplně zlatí nájemníci! #Ukrajina #Nájemníci #Zahrádka
