La WTA aurait adopté une nouvelle politique obligeant toutes les joueuses à passer un test génétique de détermination du sexe pour conserver leur droit de participer au circuit féminin. 🩺 À partir du 1er juillet 2026, chaque joueuse devrait effectuer une fois dans sa carrière un test visant à détecter la présence du gène SRY. 🚨#FakeNews l’AFP diffuse (encore) une information trompeuse via un mensonge par omission. 👉L’information présentée ainsi suggère que la Commission européenne juge la loi sur l’interdiction des RS aux -15 ans « incompatible » avec les droits fondamentaux (alias « le droit européen »). ❌ C’est FAUX. La Commission reproche exactement L’INVERSE, et considère le texte adopté comme trop « libéral ». Pourquoi ? Parce que la loi proposée par le Gouvernement français (sur la doctrine de l’UE) exigeait, au départ, une interdiction généralisée de TOUTES les plateformes en ligne au moins de 15 ans. Pour une raison très simple : cette loi n’a jamais eu pour but de « protéger les enfants » — comment peut-on encore penser ça après l’affaire #Lyhanna ?! 🤦🏻‍♀️— mais d’obliger les plateformes à installer un système de contrôle d’identité de l’utilisateur ADULTE. 👉 Or le Sénat a introduit un amendement qui complexifie cet objectif : ce serait à l’Arcom d’établir une liste « noire » des plateformes interdites aux mineurs. Les réseaux sociaux qui n’y figureraient pas pourront être utilisés avec l’accord des parents. Le Sénat a introduit cette disposition pour éviter un risque d’inconstitutionnalité du fait, à raison, qu’une interdiction absolue porterait une atteinte disproportionnée aux libertés fondamentales, sur l’avis du Conseil d’Etat. 👉 Et c’est JUSTEMENT ce qui pose problème à la Commission européenne. En laissant à l’Arcom le choix de décider quelles plateformes seraient soumises à cette loi, Bruxelles craint une application « à deux vitesses » qui risque « d’affaiblir » son efficacité, ou d’entraîner une « insécurité juridique ». Techniquement, cela ouvre la possibilité que les plateformes échappant à cette « liste noire » n’aient pas à imposer un contrôle ID aux utilisateurs adultes, et qu’un système de contrôle parental suffirait. Bruxelles justifie aussi que le pouvoir offert au régulateur national empiète sur « les prérogatives de l’UE » qui souhaite généraliser cette loi à tous les États membres. 👉 Traduction : la loi adoptée est TROP protectrice des libertés et de la souveraineté. C’est ce que la Commission entend par « incompatible avec le droit européen ». Le « droit européen » n’est qu’un cache-sexe pour « pouvoir anti-démocratique d’une instance supranationale non-élue ». L’AFP désinforme sciemment son public pour tenter de préserver ce mensonge ridicule que l’Union Européenne « protège » nos droits fondamentaux, alors qu’il devient beaucoup trop visible que cette institution poursuit un agenda exactement contraire. La conversation s'est ensuite poursuivie sur une messagerie chiffrée, où il aurait envoyé la photo d'une enfant, proposé une « livraison à domicile », évoqué la possibilité de changer sa couleur de cheveux et assuré qu'il « aurait des blondes bientôt ». Le vendeur aurait également affirmé détenir une autre fillette, déjà « réservée ». En revanche, une photo d'un second enfant transmise au journaliste a été identifiée comme provenant d'Internet, ce qui laisse planer le doute sur la réalité des faits et les intentions de l'interlocuteur. À ce stade, les autorités indiquent n'avoir identifié aucun réseau de trafic d'enfants sur Vinted.
