❗️ Oceniając na chłodno dzisiejsze decyzje FIVB, zastanawiam się, czy jest na świecie druga tak poważna organizacja sportowa, która jedną nieprzemyślaną decyzją wpływa na pięć kolejnych, tworząc chaos... Biorąc pod uwagę dzisiejsze komunikaty, jeszcze bardziej nie rozumiem tego pośpiechu sprzed miesiąca, kiedy to FIVB w niespełna dobę (!) po decyzji MKOL-u, postanowiła przywrócić Rosję do wszystkich turniejów oraz rankingu FIVB, który jest przecież decydujący w kontekście igrzysk olimpijskich... Nie mam z tym problemu w tym sensie, że wcześniej czy później Rosja musiała wrócić, zbyt wiele się o tym mówiło, ale odczuwam to coraz bardziej tak, jakby FIVB zrobiło wszystko, by ten powrót Rosji był jak najbardziej korzystny dla samych... Rosjan, a słowa ze strony rosyjskiego ministerstwa tylko to potwierdzają: "Z zadowoleniem przyjmujemy decyzję FIVB. Pragnę również przypomnieć, że FIVB była jedną z pierwszych międzynarodowych federacji sportowych, które wdrożyły lipcową decyzję MKOl o zezwoleniu rosyjskim sportowcom na udział w zawodach międzynarodowych pod flagą narodową i hymnem. Nasze stosunki z FIVB od zawsze były wzorowe". 🟣: LIGA NARODÓW 2027: Interesująca próba wyjścia z twarzą. Jest Rosja, są i Finlandia [M], i Słowenia [W], czyli zespoły najwyżej sklasyfikowane w rankingu FIVB sprzed decyzji o przywróceniu Rosjan do rankingu. Jednocześnie mamy teraz 19 drużyn, a harmonogram Ligi Narodów... nie jest jeszcze dostosowany do tej decyzji, dodatkowo zapewne nie dojdzie (?) w fazie zasadniczej do meczów, pomiędzy Rosją a Ukrainą czy Rosją a Polską, co jeszcze bardziej wpłynie na tworzenie systemu grupowego, który już teraz jest niezrozumiały dla wszystkich. Podsumowując, jest Rosja, jest Finlandia/Słowenia, jest 19 drużyn. Nie ma jeszcze opracowanego systemu fazy zasadniczej ani decyzji, czy dane nacje będą mogły ze sobą zagrać. Tak właśnie FIVB traktuje swój produkt premium, jakim jest Liga Narodów. Tyle dobrego, że w tym wszystkim Słowenia i Finlandia nic nie tracą. 🟣: MISTRZOSTWA ŚWIATA 2027: Bardzo ładna narracja płynie ze strony rosyjskiej federacji, dotycząca bezpieczeństwa i polityki, musieli długo myśleć, jak to korzystnie ubrać w słowa... Zaryzykuję, uważam, że już miesiąc temu otrzymali informację ze strony FIVB, że na tym mundialu ze względu na stosunki z gospodarzem turnieju nie zagrają, ale za to wrócą do Ligi Narodów, jednocześnie to dumna Rosja rezygnuje z mistrzostw świata, paradne. Ze sporym prawdopodobieństwem będą musieli zrezygnować i z żeńskiego czempionatu, ponieważ kanadyjscy przedstawiciele w Radzie FIVB, jako drudzy obok Roko Sikiricia, głosowali przeciwko powrotowi Rosji do światowej siatkówki. Samo kanadyjskie ministerstwo sportu, będąc jednym z nielicznych, skrytykowało decyzję podjętą przez FIVB. I tu po raz kolejny zaryzykuję, FIVB dzisiejszym komunikatem [The FIVB also continues to explore, in consultation with the Local Organising Committee, Volleyball Canada, USA Volleyball and other relevant stakeholders, the potential participation of the Russia women’s national team in the FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Cup 2027.], bada możliwość rozwiązania problemu w ten sposób, iż Rosja całe mistrzostwa świata rozgrywałaby w USA - to możliwe. Kończąc, wypadałoby tylko jeszcze raz porównać podejście do decyzji MKOL, włodarzy CEV a FIVB. Piękny kontrast i tym większe docenienie Roko Sikiricia, który jako szef Europejskiej Konfederacji Piłki Siatkowej wstrzymał jakiekolwiek stosunki z rosyjską federacją, a decyzję w sprawie ewentualnego powrotu Rosjan na arenę europejską podejmie po konsultacjach ze wszystkimi federacjami, bo według Sikiricia, pośpiech w tego typu historiach nie jest wskazany. Statement on the Future of Jammu & Kashmir ( Under Pakistan Occupation) and the 28th Constitutional Amendment I firmly believe that if Pakistan genuinely seeks peace, stability, and democratic governance in the territories under its administration, including so-called Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, it must immediately withdraw the 28th Constitutional Amendment and refrain from any measures that further undermine the political, administrative, and territorial integrity of the region. Any attempt to alter the constitutional status of these territories without the free, prior, and informed consent of their people is contrary to democratic principles and the universally recognized right of peoples to determine their own political future. The people of Jammu and Kashmir are not merely subjects of administrative decisions; they are stakeholders whose voices, aspirations, and rights must be respected. The reported efforts to restructure, divide, or trifurcate the region are deeply concerning. Such actions risk creating further political instability, social unrest, and mistrust among the population. The territorial unity and historical identity of Jammu and Kashmir must not be compromised through unilateral constitutional or administrative measures imposed from above. Peace cannot be achieved through coercive policies, excessive securitization, suppression of dissent, communication restrictions, or the curtailment of civil and political freedoms. Sustainable peace can only emerge through democratic dialogue, respect for fundamental human rights, transparency, accountability, and meaningful participation of the people in decisions affecting their future. The recent developments in Rawalakot and other districts have already heightened tensions and raised serious concerns regarding civil liberties, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, and the treatment of peaceful political activists. Instead of imposing constitutional changes and expanding centralized control, the authorities should engage constructively with local communities, political organizations, civil society groups, and human rights defenders. International human rights standards, including the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations and international human rights instruments, emphasize the importance of participation, representation, and respect for the wishes of the people. Any constitutional arrangement affecting the future of Jammu and Kashmir should be based on democratic consultation and broad public consensus rather than unilateral imposition. I therefore call upon the Government of Pakistan to: 1. Immediately withdraw the 28th Constitutional Amendment. 2. Abandon any plans aimed at the trifurcation or fragmentation of Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. 3. Respect the democratic and political rights of the people. 4. End policies of intimidation, collective punishment, and restrictions on peaceful political activity. 5. Ensure unrestricted access to essential commodities, healthcare services, communication networks, and humanitarian assistance. 6. Initiate an inclusive dialogue with all genuine stakeholders, including representatives of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. 7. Allow independent national and international human rights observers to assess the situation on the ground. The future of Jammu and Kashmir cannot be determined through force, constitutional engineering, or administrative decrees.
