Einfach gegen zu finanzieren, wenn man z.B keine Gelder mehr für Radwege in Peru oder klimagerechte Kühlschränke in Bolivien verpulvert. Noch besser wäre eine dauerhafte Spekulationsfrist für ALLE Vermögenswerte. Ich spare z.B 10 Jahre oder länger in einen Vermögenswert für die eigene Rente Kapital an? Dann darf ich nach 10 Jahren komplett steuerfrei veräußern. Das wäre der beste langfristige Anreiz für Vermögensaufbau.
