Mickpl assessed that together with the Organized Group he significantly improved the debate on housing. He wrote that just two years earlier, the arguments revolved around the lack of land and the blame on administrative procedures, as well as calls to abolish building regulations. According to him, today more people see that the issues in the market are linked to speculation, the accumulation of land by corporate developers, the impact of short-term rentals on cities, and collectors owning 13 apartments. Criticizing the idea of abolishing standards, he stated that the lack of a bathroom requirement could lead to the emergence of investment apartments with a shared toilet on the floor, even in the center of Warsaw. He added that “GW” could present such a solution as a new trend among young people. He acknowledged that the situation could still improve, but significant progress had already been made. #mieszkalnictwo #debaty #spekulacja (translated)
