🇵🇱 Marsz Powstania Warszawskiego był ogromnym sukcesem. Widok tysięcy biało-czerwonych flag i ludzi idących razem ulicami Warszawy poruszał i napawał dumą. To był wyjątkowy hołd dla Powstańców Warszawskich, którzy w sierpniu 1944 roku stanęli do nierównej walki o wolność. 🕯️ Każda kolejna rocznica przypomina, że wolność nie jest dana raz na zawsze. Wylewa się fala hejtu na @RBakiewicz, a fakty z Berlina są bezlitosne: to nie Polacy, a niemiecka policja drastycznie złamała prawo. Krótka lekcja prawa dla internetowych "ekspertów": 1️⃣ Wydarzenie zgłoszono w trakcie jako spontaniczne, a policja poinformowała o przyjęciu zgłoszenia. Niemieckie prawo je chroni! Rozwiązanie takiego zgromadzenia wymaga spełnienia konkretnych przesłanek, których tam nie było i policja ich nie wskazała. Wszystko działo się w przestrzeni publicznej (oczywiście o specjalnym statusie, ale status ten nie wyłącza prawa do zgromadzenia), gdzie regularnie protestuje np. lewica. 2️⃣ Intencją @ROGranic było złożenie krzyża pod pomnikiem polskich ofiar II WŚ w rocznicę jego odsłonięcia. Miejsca pamięci podlegają szczególnej ochronie międzynarodowej. Niemcy mieli obowiązek to zgromadzenie CHRONIĆ, a nie pacyfikować. Zgłoszenie w tej sprawie zostało wysłane do Rzecznika Praw Obywatelskich. 3️⃣ Wydarzenie od początku do końca miało charakter pokojowy. Polacy nie stawiali czynnego oporu, zachowywali się w 100% pokojowo, nawet kiedy byli bici przez policję. Zamiast dialogu, policja od razu przeszła do brutalności. To nie były środki przymusu – to było zwykłe pobicie nieagresywnych ludzi. 4️⃣ Cała sprawa ma jeszcze wymiar moralny. Państwo będące historycznym sprawcą używa brutalnej siły, by zablokować potomkom ofiar prawo do pamięci. Po co Niemcy ustawili w tym miejscu pomnik pod którym chciano złożyć krzyż? Czyż nie po to, żeby właśnie uczcić pamięć ofiar II Wojny Światowej? Jeśli mamy rozumieć intencje Niemiec w ten sposób, że wprawdzie jest tam miejsce pamięci, ale dostęp do niego jest tak mocno ograniczony (żeby nie powiedzieć iluzoryczny) to czyni to ustawienie tego pomnika pustym gestem… Przestańcie powielać niemiecką narrację.
