Es ist schon fast beängstigend, wie unbeliebt der Regierende Bürgermeister ist und wie verzweifelt die Basis und selbst die Funktionsträger sind. Nun steht heute Abend um 18:30 Uhr dieser Krisengipfel der Kreisvorsitzenden an. „Man“ hört, dass die Verzweiflung groß ist. Niemand glaubt mehr an Wegner als Zugpferd. Aber ihn zu ersetzen sei auch kein No-Brainer. Wer soll die Nachfolge antreten? Wegner hat so viel Schaden verursacht und die Wahl steht vor der Tür. Ein Dilemma.
