Mamy zatem takie alternatywy: kompromis, który proponuje Pan Prezydent, chroniący finanse Polaków, albo jałowy spór, który nic Polakom nie przynosi poza tym, że kosztuje podatnika kolejne jałowe dyskusje. Konsensus, który jest zaproponowany w tej ustawie, i rozwój rynku kryptoaktywów kontrolowany przez polskie instytucje i przez polskie państwo albo kolejne bezproduktywne dyskusje, które w istocie powodują, że tej regulacji nie ma. Żadnej regulacji nie ma i pozostajemy w tyle za innymi państwami europejskimi, państwami demokratycznymi, rozwijającymi się, które korzystają także z tych mechanizmów finansowych – trudnych, ale możliwych do uregulowania. Takie są alternatywy. Wreszcie: porozumienie, które proponuje Pan Prezydent, i przestrzeganie konstytucyjnych gwarancji prawa do sądu albo wciąż ta polityczna przepychanka, można powiedzieć, oliwiona materiałami ze śledztw. #kryptoaktywność #prawo #finanse
