Im dłużej grzebie się w państwie po PiS, tym wyraźniej widać, że te wszystkie afery wcale nie są osobnymi historiami. NCBR, Fundusz Sprawiedliwości, Fundusz Patriotyczny, NIW, fundacje spółek Skarbu Państwa, różne instytuty, uczelnie i organizacje. Wszędzie trochę inne szyldy, ale mechanizm bardzo podobny. Publiczne pieniądze przerzucało się tam, gdzie łatwiej było nimi dysponować. Potem grant, dotacja, sponsoring, zlecenie i pieniądze lądowały u swoich ludzi, swoich fundacji, swoich mediów albo swoich biznesów. A beneficjenci bardzo często nie byli tylko beneficjentami. Stawali się obrońcami PiS, tubami jego narracji, zapleczem medialnym i organizacyjnym. Za publiczne pieniądze urządzali sobie życie, swoich rodzin i znajomych królika, a potem jeszcze tłumaczyli ludziom, że to właśnie PiS broni państwa przed układami. #Polska #PiS #korupcja

Ale wyborcy w takie niuanse nie wnikają - a teraz walka o praworządność toczy się na niwie politycznej, nie prawnej. Oznacza to, że wybór Berka da prezydentowi szansę politycznego wyjścia z twarzą z nielegalnej odmowy przyjęcia ślubowania, którego zostałby pozbawiony, gdyby wybrać do TK kandydata niekontrowersyjnego, podobnego do sędziego Patyry, którego Nawrocki nie odważył się zablokować.
