UWAGA!!! Kłamstwo!!! Komunikat Prokuratury Okręgowej w Warszawie o umorzeniu w dniu 24 września 2026 r. postępowania przeciwko Lechowi Wałęsie jest i będzie w przyszłości przedmiotem niejednej analizy. Chcę tu jedynie zwrócić uwagę na jego końcowy fragment, który obrazuje skalę manipulacji, matactwa lub zwykłego nieuctwa prokuratury. Otóż pod koniec komunikatu czytamy, że: „Jedynym świadkiem, który wprost zeznał, że Lech Wałęsa był TW "Bolkiem", był nieżyjący już Edward Graczyk. Zeznanie takie złożył on wyłącznie podczas ostatniego jego przesłuchania. Prokurator uznała je jednak ze całkowicie niewiarygodne, nie tylko w świetle jego poprzednich odmiennych zeznań, ale także mając na uwadze opinię psychologa, który brał udział w jego ostatnim przesłuchaniu i stwierdził u niego skłonność do konfabulacji z powodu zaburzeń demencyjnych o charakterze organicznym. Przede wszystkim jednak prokurator doszła do takiego wniosku w świetle sporządzonej przez Edwarda Graczyka 16 lutego 1971 r. notatki, którą ujawniono w aktach sprawy obiektowej Wojewódzkiego Urzędu Spraw Wewnętrznych w Gdańsku kryptonim "Jesień 70", z której treści wynikało, że Lech Wałęsa nie podjął współpracy jako tajny współpracownik, w związku z czym zaproponowano dalszą kontrolę jego działalności”. Pierwsze kłamstwo o tym, że Graczyk był „jedynym świadkiem”, który zeznał w śledztwie, że Wałęsa był „Bolkiem”. To rażąca nieprawda. Akta śledztwa białostockiego pionu prokuratorskiego IPN wielokrotnie cytowałem a nawet już w 2013 r. (13 lat temu!!!) publikowałem w książce "Wałęsa. Człowiek z teczki" fragmenty przesłuchań funkcjonariuszy SB, którzy wprost identyfikowali Wałęsę jako „Bolka”. Wystarczy zacytować zeznanie mjr. Jerzego Frączkowskiego z 2 czerwca 2009 r. (akta sygn. S 49/08/Zk, karta 718-719): „W ramach swoich obowiązków służbowych miałem do czynienia z teczką TW „Bolek”. Z materiałów wynikało, że był to Lech Wałęsa. Była to teczka personalna. Przypominam sobie, że ta teczka była wysyłana do Warszawy chyba w roku 1988. Ja z tą teczką miałem do czynienia we wcześniejszych latach. Zapoznawaliśmy się z tą teczką, jak Wałęsa wchodził na szczeble władzy w związkach zawodowych. To musiało być około roku 1980. W tym czasie pracowałem razem z Zenonem Ratkiewiczem, który prowadził TW „Bolek”. W tej teczce była na pewno notatka z rozmowy pozyskaniowej, były zobowiązania TW, były tam pokwitowania odbioru pieniędzy pisanie ręcznie”. W tym samym śledztwie, na które powołuje się prokuratura Żurka, kpt. Romuald Chlaszczak, uzupełniał (sygn. S 49/08/Zk,, zeznanie z 2 czerwca 2009 r., karta 721): „Latem 1983 roku od mojego przełożonego majora Andrzeja Sieniuca zapieczętowaną kopertę z napisem „otwierać tylko na polecenie przełożonych”. Miałem to przechowywać. Sieniuc powiedział, że to jest teczka personalna Wałęsy. Teczka była u mnie dzień lub dwa i polecono mi ją odesłać do Biura Studiow w Warszawie. Teczka wcześniej przyszła do Gdańska z Biura Studiów. To była teczka personalna tajnego współpracownika. Z tego co słyszałem, ta teczka krążyła między Warszawą a Gdańskiem. We wcześniejszych latach mówiło się w resorcie, że Wałęsa był tajnym współpracownikiem”. Mógłbym tak niemal bez końca… ale jedno jest pewne: stanowisko prokuratury o tym, że „jedynym świadkiem, który wprost zeznał, że Lech Wałęsa był TW "Bolkiem", był nieżyjący już Edward Graczyk” jest wierutnym KŁAMSTWEM!!! I kwestia drugiego kłamstwa – ważniejsza! W komunikacie prokuratury powołano się na rzekomą notatkę sporządzoną przez Edwarda Graczyka w dniu 16 lutego 1971 r. o tym, że „Wałęsa nie podjął współpracy jako tajny współpracownik”. Dokument ten został sfabrykowany w delegaturze UOP w Gdańsku, wstawiony do akt sprawy obiektowej kryptonim „Jesień 70” i całość akt na nowo została spaginowana. W książce „SB a Lech Wałęsa” na str. 213-214 (a równolegle potwierdzono te matactwo także w postępowaniu prokuratorskim w Gdańsku) opisaliśmy okoliczności podrzucenia tego dokumentu oraz sam dokument: „W tomie XXII akt sprawy kryptonim „Jesień 70” znajduje się dokument paginowany jako karta 269. Został on rzekomo sporządzony przez kpt. Edwarda Graczyka 16 lutego 1971 r. (…) Już sama treść bardzo lakonicznej notatki wydaje się dziwna. Dokumenty dotyczące prób pozyskania danej osoby w charakterze współpracownika z reguły były kierowane do stosownej teczki „kandydata na Tajnego Współpracownika”, a nie do jakiejkolwiek sprawy obiektowej. Ponadto dokument taki był bardzo szczegółowy: z reguły opisywał okoliczności spotkania oraz motywy, dla których osoba odmawia kontaktów lub rezygnuje z dalszej współpracy. Jeszcze więcej wątpliwości budzą różne szczegóły dotyczące pragmatyki kancelarii SB. Papier, na której sporządzono dokument jest nietypowy i odróżniający go od pozostałych dokumentów w teczce. Wprawdzie nadano mu klauzulę „tajne”, jednak nie ma informacji dotyczącej numeru egzemplarza. Na dole notatki nie ma rozdzielnika, gdzie notatkę wysłano. Jeżeli nawet był to jedyny egzemplarz notatki, to obowiązkowo zawierałby informację o stanowisku i podpis wytwórcy. Tu nie ma nawet jednostki SB, w której służył rzekomy autor notatki. Powstanie takiego dokumentu w kancelarii SB wydaje się więc mało prawdopodobne. Jego wiarygodność wydają się ostatecznie przekreślać dwa ważne elementy sprawy. TW ps. „Klin”, o którym mowa w notatce, nie występuje w żadnych innych dokumentach SB dotyczących wydziału W-4, Stoczni Gdańskiej im. Lenina i spraw obiektowych krypt. „Jesień 70” i „Arka”. Co więcej, dzięki analizie dziennika rejestracyjnego SB wiemy, że agenta o pseudonimie „Klin” w ogóle nie było wówczas w ewidencji operacyjnej pionu III gdańskiej SB. Pojawia się on tylko w rzekomej notatce Graczyka aby, wobec odmowy współpracy z SB inwigilować L. Wałęsę. Nie mniej istotne znaczenie dla oceny wiarygodności powyższego dokumentu ma kwestia paginacji całego tomu XXII akt sprawy krypt. „Jesień 70”, w którym ów dokument się znajduje. Otóż wspomniany tom był paginowany trzykrotnie. Najstarsza paginacja została wytworzona prawdopodobnie przy przekazywaniu akt do archiwum w czasach istnienia SB. Kolejna także pochodzi z tego okresu lub została sporządzona już w czasach UOP. Ostatnia paginacja, stemplowana, została wykonana już przez pracowników Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej. Na omawianym dokumencie jest tylko jedna paginacja, ta pochodząca z czasów IPN. Wniosek jest dość oczywisty: rzekomego meldunku kpt. E. Graczyka o nie podjęciu współpracy z SB nie było w omawianym tomie akt w chwili zdawania go do archiwum w 1978 r. Trafił tutaj później, najprawdopodobniej w latach dziewięćdziesiątych. (...) Wszystko wskazuje więc na to, że wątpliwej autentyczności „notatka Graczyka” mogła zostać podrzucona do teczki w czasach UOP, najprawdopodobniej po czerwcu 1992 r.”. W międzyczasie pojawiły się również inne dokumenty świadczące o tym, że przywołany przez prokuraturę Żurka dokument to falsyfikat! Będąc konstytucyjnym ministrem posługuje się Pan publicznie kłamstwem historycznym, które musi zostać skonfrontowane z faktami. Informuję Pana, że SB nigdy nie wykorzystała sfałszowanych (tym bardziej "masowo") podpisów Wałęsy i dokumentów w korespondencji z Komitetem Noblowskim! Są to fakty znane, ustalone przez historyków a nawet przez prokuraturę, która 31 marca 2015 r. (za rządów Platformy Obywatelskiej!) orzekła, że w latach 1982-1983 podjęto w SB próbę wytworzenia dokumentów (na podstawie teczek "Bolka" z lat 1970-1976) z których wynikać miało, że Wałęsa "jest" agentem SB w okresie "Solidarności" (po 1980 r.): "po objęciu tego stanowiska, w nieustalonym okresie w latach 1982-1983, Władysław Kuca polecił Zastępcy Naczelnika II Wydziału, Józefowi Burakowi, przygotowanie podrobionych dokumentów, z których wynikałoby, że Lech Wałęsa jest tajnym współpracownikiem organów bezpieczeństwa państwa. Józef Burak wspólnie z Adamem Stylińskim przygotowali teksty, stanowiące doniesienia tajnego współpracownika, sugerujące, iż pochodzą one od Lecha Wałęsy. Władysław Kuca analizował treść tych dokumentów i nanosił na nich poprawki. Tak przygotowane materiały były przepisywane przez oddelegowanego do Biura Studiów z Departamentu Techniki Kazimierzaa Maraszkiewicza, który w oparciu o pozyskane dokumenty sporządzone odręcznie przez Lecha Wałęsę, podrabiał jego pismo. Tak spreparowane materiały poddawane były badaniom przez biegłych z zakresu identyfikacji pisma ręcznego. Opinie biegłych jednoznacznie wskazywały, że są to dokumenty fałszywe. W tej sytuacji Władysław Kuca polecił zniszczyć wszystkie spreparowane dokumenty. Józef Burak i Adam Styliński osobiście zniszczyli wytworzone przez Tadeusza Maraszkiewicza materiały na krajance". W związku z tym do Komitetu Noblowskiego w 1982 r. przekazano ORYGINAŁ informacji rękopiśmiennej TW ps. „Bolek” z 12 stycznia 1971 r. Skąd to wiemy? Z „teczek Kiszczaka”, czyli znalezionej w mieszkaniu gen. Cz. Kiszczaka teczki pracy TW ps. „Bolek”. W miejscu, gdzie pierwotnie zarchiwizowano oryginał informacji TW ps. „Bolek” z 12 stycznia 1971 r. wpięto kopertę z kopią tego dokumentu (którą w teczce poprzedza z kolei maszynopisowa wersja informacji z 12 stycznia 1971 r.) opatrując ją specjalnym raportem mjr. Adama Stylińskiego i kpt. Józefa Buraka do płk. Adama Malika (wszyscy z Biura Studiów SB MSW) z 4 listopada 1986 r. o treści: „uprzejmie prosimy o zatwierdzenie wybrakowania oryginalnego doniesienia TW ps. »Bolek« z dnia 12 I 1971 r., wyłączonego z teczki nr archiwalny I 14713, kart 2, strona nr 25 i 26 (kserokopia doniesienia w załączeniu). Dokument ten wykorzystany został w działaniach specjalnych krypt. »Ambasador«, realizowanych w pierwszej dekadzie 1982 r. nr ks. masz, 00377/86”. Raport został zatwierdzony przez płk. A. Malika w dniu 4 listopada 1986 r. (zob. IPN BU 3333/1, t. 2, k. 78). A zatem w ramach prób skompromitowania Wałęsy, który w 1982 r. był po raz pierwszy kandydatem do Pokojowej Nagrody Nobla (ostatecznie nagrodę tę przyznano mu w 1983 r.), Biuro Studiów SB MSW posłużyła się oryginałami doniesień TW ps. „Bolek” w ramach operacji o kryptonimie „Ambasador”, które przekazano ambasadorowi Królestwa Norwegii w PRL. Niezależnie od operacji „Ambasador”, informacja TW ps. „Bolek” z 12 stycznia 1971 r. kolportowana była w ramach działań SB skierowanych przeciwko Annie Walentynowicz i Markowi Mądrzejewskiemu, co już dawniej opisano (S. Cenckiewicz, P. Gontarczyk, SB a Lech Wałęsa..., s. 140-141 i 154-155; S. Cenckiewicz, Anna Solidarność. Życie i działalność Anny Walentynowicz na tle epoki (1929-2010), Poznań 2010, s. 299-300 i inne). Pan Minister nie wie o czym pisze, albo świadomie kłamie! Stąd publicznie domagam się konfrontacji!
