Obwohl der Betreiber der Transfrau als Alternative kostenfrei ein abschließbares Einzelbad mit eigener Dusche, WC, Waschbecken angeboten hat, verlangte die Person 1.000 Euro Entschädigung. Wegen Diskriminierung nach dem AGG. Nach anwaltlichen Ausführungen zog die "diskriminierte" Person alle Forderungen zurück und verzichtete auf alle Ansprüche gegen den Campingplatzbetreiber. Die Abwehr dieser Ansprüche wurde finanziell ermöglicht durch den Rechtshilfefonds der @FrauenHeldinnen. Der Fall zeigt ziemlich deutlich, dass es zwar auf dem Papier stimmt, dass das SBGG das Hausrecht unberührt lässt, aber in Verbindung mit dem AGG und dem Verweis auf eine heute quasi beliebige Geschlechtsdefinition, massiver Druck und hohe Kosten verursacht werden können. Eine logische Konsequenz, vor der sehr lange und deutlich gewarnt wurde. Diese Person bekam sogar eine deutliche, höherwertige Sonderbehandlung, doch sie lehnte ab. Sie wollte offenbar unbedingt zu den Frauen. Dritte Räume lösen somit das Problem offenbar nicht. Es geht wohl um Validierung. Ähnliches wurde ja auch im Fall Doris Lange/Fitnessstudio Erlangen vor laufender Kamera offen gesagt. Warum geht es eigentlich nicht mehr Menschen auf die Eier, dass die Regierung immer sagt, dass zu wenig Geld da sei, man überall sparen müsse, aber die immer mehr Kohle eintreiben und nicht an völligst unnützen Ausgaben sparen? Kann doch nicht sein, dass nur AfD-Wähler ein Problem damit haben, dass Wrestling in Gambia oder sowas unbedingt finanziert werden muss, aber hier die Kohle überall fehlt. Und auch, dass man kaum noch richtig auf etwas hin sparen kann. Sind AfD-Wähler die einzigen, die kapieren, dass hier einfach vollkommen falsche Prioritäten gesetzt werden in absoluten Krisenzeiten?
