Am 15. Juli wurde der 22-jährige Student Marius Dick in Trier auf offener Straße von dem gleichaltrigen Afghanen Sajad M. erstochen. Das Entsetzen kurz nach der Tat war groß, ebbte aber wie üblich schnell wieder ab und verschwand mittlerweile wieder vollständig aus der öffentlichen Aufmerksamkeit. Ich habe mich wieder bei der Staatsanwaltschaft Trier nach dem aktuellen Ermittlungsstand erkundigt und fragte nach, ob ein Ende der Ermittlungen absehbar ist, ob der Tatverdächtige mittlerweile Angaben zum Motiv gemacht hat und ob es Anzeichen für ein islamistisches oder politisches Motiv gibt. Da der Tatverdächtige bereits vor der Tat schon einmal in einer psychiatrischen Klinik war, wollte ich außerdem wissen, ob dieser Aufenthalt auf freiwilliger Basis basiert oder ob es sich um eine Einweisung wegen Fremd- oder Eigengefährlichkeit handelte. Die Antwort ist mager, in Kurzform gibt es nichts Neues. Der Tatverdächtige hat sich immer noch nicht geäußert, das in Auftrag gegebene forensisch-psychiatrische Gutachten zur Frage der Schuldfähigkeit des 22-Jährigen ist noch nicht fertig. Auch ist immer noch nicht der Grund des Klinikaufenthalts bekannt. Der Vorgang befindet sich weiterhin beim zuständigen Fachkommissariat der Polizei. Wann die Ermittlungen abgeschlossen werden können, lässt sich aktuell noch nicht sagen. Festzuhalten ist, dass die Annahme, der Tatverdächtige könnte die Tat im Zustand der Schuldunfähigkeit begangen haben bis dato lediglich auf einer Untersuchung eines Amtsarzt des Gesundheitsamts basiert, der den Tatverdächtigen kurz nach der Tat psychiatrisch untersucht hatte, weil der 22-Jährige Verhaltensauffälligkeiten bei der Festnahme gezeigt haben soll. Ich mach das jetzt in Stichpunkten: • Maja, früher Heiko, S. ist Afghanistan-Veteran und war GSG-Beamter • Vor 10 Jahren und nachdem er eine Hormontherapie begann, bestätigten 2 Gutachten wohl, dass er "trans" ist, somit ist er durchs TSG gegangen • Ein erstes Verfahren wegen Verbreitung von KiPo gab es 2024. Bei der Durchsuchung fand man u.a. auch eine Kalaschnikow • Während der Ermittlungen geschah die Vergewaltigung, über die wir alle gelesen haben und die aktuell verhandelt wird • Die 23-jährige Verlobte von Maja/Heiko hat die Tat angezeigt, nachdem sie "verräterische Swx-SMS" auf dem Handy von Maja/Heiko gefunden hatte • Ea gab wohl noch einem Vorfall. Nach einem Badeausflug soll das Opfer am nächsten Tag ohne Badebekleidung neben der Transfrau aufgewacht sein - ohne Erinnerungen • Die Transfrau saß für die U-Haft zuerst im Frauengefängnis (Bamberg), kam erst vor 5 Monaten (!) in den Männerknast (Stadelheim) • Dort ist der Alltag "sehr belastend". Man pfeift Maja/Heiko hinterher und körperliche Untersuchungen werden durch Männer vorgenommen --- Maja/Heiko hat den Großteil der Taten gestanden, auch die Vergewaltigung.
